Although reaching 4-5′ at maturity it achieves its peak flavour and texture at around 3′. The smooth yellow globes have a medium-sized top, with a golden yellow interior. Patience is vital with this variety as it germinates and grows much slower than other varieties, but the wait is well worth the effort. 65 days.
