Growing Instructions
- Directly sow from April-September into prepared soil.
- Alternatively, sow on a windowsill indoors all year round.
- Sow thinly in rows and lightly cover, spacing rows 30cm apart.
- Gradually thin seedlings to 20cm apart and use the thinnings in salads.

Harvest young leaves regularly to encourage continued growth.

Water regularly to delay bolting.

Use a fleece for protection if flea beetles start eating the leaves.

Cover in autumn to extend the harvesting season.
