Cultivation advice Daffodil – Jetfire Bulbs

  • Plant the bulbs at a depth of 2-3 times the height of the bulb  deep and 10 cm apart as soon as possible after receipt.
  • Best in a well-drained, moist soil, will tolerate clay, sandy, loamy, chalk and peat type soils.
  • Perform best in full sun or partial shade
  • After flowering leave foliage under it yellows and dies back in order to replenish the bulbs for the following year.
  • An excellent variety to naturalise in borders or in a lawn.
  • Every 3-4 years they can be lifted and divided to expand your stock

 

Hand picked quality 10-12 cm graded Dutch bulbs. 

(If not planted immediately, open bag and spread somewhere cool and dry to prevent the bulbs sweating and rotting)
