Light: Full Sun

  • Sow thinly 13mm deep under protection in February to April for earliest harvest in summer,
  • or May to August outdoors to harvest Oct-Dec.
  • You can sow under glass all year round for fresh ‘salad leaves’.
  • Keep weed free and well watered.
  • In late autumn cover the heads approaching time of harvest
