Cultivation Advice PLATYCODON BALLOON FLOWER MIX
- Sow Jan ? Apr under cover in well drained seed compost.
- Gently press seeds into growing medium, do not cover.
- Germinates 7-14 days at 15-20C.
- Prick out, when seedlings are large enough to handle, to (7.5cm (3?) pots and grow on to good size.
- Harden off gradually before planting out to final position 20cm between plants.
- Prefers any ordinary, moist but well-drained soil in full or partial sun
- Can flower first year from an early sowing
