These terms and conditions apply to all orders that you place with us. Please make sure that you read these conditions carefully. If you have any questions, please email us sales@premierseedsdirect.com

Guarantee

All Premier Seeds Direct products should reach you in perfect condition. If anything you receive from us is damaged on arrival, please get in touch with us within 14 days via sales@premierseedsdirect.com and we will advise the appropriate action to be taken.

Order Dispatch

Orders are dispatched promptly by post or parcel carrier within 1 working weekday. Please note delivery times vary by individual country and in some cases have to be checked by customs first upon importation.

Delivery

Your shopping basket displays the seeds you have purchased and these will normally be dispatched within 24 hours on weekdays (Mon – Friday excluding bank holidays) to the delivery address, which you supply. Our dispatch times are very quick; however the dispatch of orders during our busy period (January- May) may take up to 2 working days.

All estimates are from the time payment is cleared.

Postage and Packaging

Postage and packaging charges are applied at a fixed price per combined invoice paid in a single transaction, regardless of the order size or mix of seeds ordered and will be automatically added to your shopping basket. For heavy bulk items there may be a postal surcharge which will be clearly stated.

Payment

Payment will be taken at the time the order is placed. We accept payment for online orders by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Paypal. Cards are debited when the order is first processed, in order to avoid issues where credit & debit cards may expire before the date of delivery.  Just provide your card type and number, expiry date (Valid from date for Maestro), and the three-digit security code, which can be found on the back of the card.

Prices

Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to revise any prices in the event of unforeseen circumstances or a change in the VAT rate.

Availability

We will endeavor only to offer products which we expect to have in stock and available for ordering, but all items are subject to availability.  Occasionally, items become unobtainable due to crop failure, high demand or other reasons.

Varieties that become unavailable will not be selectable on our website. Should a specific variety not be available at the time of dispatch, or if items are of improper quality to send, we will get in contact with you and will either fully refund the item or offer you the option of the closest alternative.

Use of site

Product Images are as a visual guide and representation only. If you wish to use one of our images you must obtain permission first. You may view or print specific pages from this site for your own personal use only but not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute any part of this site without our written permission.

Conditions of Sale

All scheduled seeds offered by us are assured to comply at the time of delivery with E.U. Seeds Regulations currently in force. Information given about products is to the best of our ability, and is for general guidance only. All capacities are approximate.

Seed Quality

The germination and purity of all scheduled seeds comply with EU seeds legislation currently in force.

Please note seed is alive product which depends on many important related grower skills such as proper planting time, seed depth, type of soil, watering, proper use of fertilizers, weed controls, fungicides, insecticides, disease free soil, and reasonable weather conditions during the growing period. Germination is affected by such factors as temperature, moisture content, light intensity and contamination of planting media. Although we do everything possible to get seeds to you in the best possible condition far exceeding legal requirements and will provide as much help as possible, these factors are totally outside of our control and once you receive the seeds its over to you. Consequently,we can take no responsibility for the suitability to your local conditions of any variety offered, the indicative cultivation advice provided or ultimately the varieties performance. As such you should seek local advice to carefully ensure your local conditions and the time of season are appropriate to the variety purchased.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after receipt. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us via sales@premierseedsdirect.com

You must take reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession. We reserve the right to cancel any order. You will receive a refund as soon as possible and within 30 days of cancellation. Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the carriage cost.

Changes to an order. If you wish to change your order you must email us promptly prior to the order being dispatched and we will do our best to implement the change where possible

We are not compelled to accept any change, but if we do, we will be entitled to recover from you any unavoidable losses that we suffer as a result of the change and to alter the delivery date and the price as a condition of accepting the change.

Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. We may use cookies to assemble your order, but they contain no personal information.

When you order, we need to know your name, email address, invoice and delivery addresses, and also payment details including credit or debit card number details, together with other information as may be appropriate. This enables us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you in the event of any queries.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, we will delete or correct it promptly. If you have any questions/comments about privacy, you should contact us.

We never store or retain any details of your payment cards.

Liability

We warrant that the seed supplied shall be of the species and type specified in the contract.

We are not liable if you have damaged the items through your own activity or utilised different instructions to that provided on the item listing page.

No liability for death or personal injury caused be carelessness.

We are not responsible for the site’s accuracy, although every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained is correct and up to date. We do not guarantee that this site will operate free of error or that it is free from computer viruses or any other contaminating computer programs.  We will not be liable to you or in breach of contract for delay or failure to perform due to any causes beyond the reasonable control of us or our suppliers,including but not limited to Acts of God, civil commotion, industrial dispute,riots, flood and legislation. Liability shall be limited to the cost price paid for the item.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right at any time to remove, modify or change without notice any information on this site. We may also change these terms at anytime. If you use the site after any changes have been made you will be bound by the new terms. You should therefore ensure that you read the terms each time you use the site.
